Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Exchanges

We understand that fit matters.

If you need a different size or color, we gladly offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or embroidered products
  • Worn or washed apparel

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was sent
  • the item arrived damaged
  • or there was a fulfillment error by ZIRAMED
